The concept of these murals was to combine post modernism with traditional Persian paintings from the Qajar Dynasty of Ancient Iran. I drew inspiration from traditional paintings from the era and paired them with more minimalism (in contrast) and added modern accessories such as sunglasses, a smart watch and shisha. This mural was painted on a 7.2 meter by 4.8 meter wall - the project was scrapped towards the end because of unrelated business decisions so the painting was left incomplete.
