Blue Axiom
I've always had difficulty with living in the grey. Found it unsettling unless everything was distinctly black or white–like a part of me couldn't simply exist somewhere in the middle. In trying to understand this inner conflict , I took a look outside the box (pun intended) and realised that coexisting and sometimes even contradictory truths are all around us.

I found them in systems, relationships, laws, nature, humans, animals, the universe–even in creation itself. Somehow there's perfect harmony amidst the chaos, where multiple opposing truths coexist without canceling one another out. Whilst it can feel disorienting, there's genuine beauty in recognising the depth and complexity of our world and its brilliant design.
Consequently, I slowly learned that embracing one part of myself isn't a betrayal of my other parts, and that there's beauty in the grey too; you'd even think it's human. Its almost laughable to me now that I ever thought that living outside of the grey was even a possibility.
That's why the lion is blue. The predatory king of the jungle with its high and might, a staple for strength, resilience, courage, and power, is wrapped in a blue filter. The colour that signifies sadness, weakness, and powerlessness, so much so that it almost screams 'prey', ergo reflecting contradictory yet coexisting truths. The idea that multiple realities can be valid at once, just like the complexities we each carry every day.
